Dr. Jill M. Weber is the Director of Communication for the Office of Graduate Medical Education and a Teaching Assistant Professor in the College of Health Sciences Education and Pathology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois. She has a Ph.D. in Communication Arts and Sciences from Penn State University, twenty  years of teaching experience, and two teaching awards. Jill provides communication, leadership, and professionalism coaching and workshops for medical trainees, attendings, and healthcare teams. She also provides communication and well-being training and resources to K-12, college, and MBA learners and educators through her organization, the Center for Thriving.
